Campbell Potts

Campbell is responsible for the overall operation of C&A Industries Inc. With business development as his main focus, he has been instrumental in guiding C&A through rapid and successful growth since the company's inception. Campbell received his training in Scotland graduating as a Mechanical Engineering Technician. His work experience has covered a broad spectrum of projects including food processing plants, industrial facility construction, structural & miscellaneous steel, and irrigation systems.

 

Andy Potts

Andy Potts

Andy is responsible for the general operations of C&A Industries Inc. His overall responsibility is to lead the C&A team of designers, project managers, and workforce to facilitate the construction of industrial based projects for our large clientele. Andy received his training in Scotland gaining experience in the manufacturing and the industrial sectors. Andy's work experience has extended to managing the mechanical installation of large green field plant and facility upgrades.

 

Don Muirhead

Don Muirhead

Don received his training and experience in Scotland graduating from Dumfries College of Technology as a journeyman millwright/machinist. Moving to Canada in 1981 Don has continued to work in the industrial sectors. Don joined the company during 2004 as a project manager adding his vast experience to the C&A team. Don is also the primary contact for Mac3 Machine, an associated company to C&A.

 

Dave Atwood

Project Manager


Dave Atwood

Dave received his apprenticeship training in Lethbridge, Alberta and was one of the first employees of C&A Industries. Dave has occupied roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career with the company, starting on the shop floor and quickly advancing to his current position as Project Manager. Dave duties include direct involvement with the client from ascertaining their needs to providing innovative solutions and providing a seamless completion to their project.

 

Dale Potts

Dale Potts

Dale began his career with C&A as a fabricator graduating from Lethbridge College trades school and has worked almost exclusively in the food processing sector gaining knowledge of the plant operations and the agencies that govern this industry. Dale has completed specialized training in stainless steel fabrication and currently holds a CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) Welding Supervisor certificate.

 

Bruce Brownell

Bruce Brownell

Bruce has been with C&A since 2006 bringing 30 years of experience in the food processing industry. Bruce is currently responsible for the production operations within C&A, dealing with the immediate needs of our clients and the day to day supervision of our employees.
